Johnny Macaroni’s Catering Menu Heating Instructions

All our items are fully cooked, they just need heating.

  • Preheat oven, and heat all items at 350 degrees, with the cover and plastic wrap on.
  • For items like Chicken Fingers, Fried Raviolis, etc., take the cover off for the last 5 min to crisp them up.
  • Ovens vary, so we provide a cooking time range. After the earlier time, check to see how it’s doing.
  • When it’s hot throughout, it’s ready!
For menu items with varieties like Chicken Ziti Broccoli or Baked Mac and Cheese, the times are typical as shown below.
