Johnny Macaroni’s Policies

Refund Policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with our food products you purchased online or at one of our restaurants, you may return them for a refund. All food products purchased must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. We will refund the product cost LESS any shipping and handling charges. All returns must be received within 30 days of your purchase. Please follow the instructions below to return your food product(s):

If returning your food product(s) to our Restaurant Locations:

  1. Complete the Refund or Exchange form below
  2. Print and bring the email confirmation receipt with the product(s) to one of our restaurant locations
  3. Your refund check will be mailed to the address provided within 30 days of receipt of your food product(s)

If shipping your food product(s) to Johnny Macaroni’s for a Refund:

  1. Complete the Refund or Exchange form below
  2. Print and include the email confirmation receipt in the shipment with the food product(s) you are returning
  3. Ship to corporate office – Johnny Macaroni’s, 439 East Center Street, Suite 2, West Bridgewater, MA 02379
  4. Your refund check will be mailed to the address provided within 30 days of receipt of your food product(s)

Exchange Policy:

If you purchased a food product and it is unopened, you may exchange it for another food pruduct within 5 days of your purchase. If you purchased a t-shirt and it is in new condition, you may exchange the item for a different size.
You can bring the food product(s) or t-shirt(s) to one of our restaurants for a free exchange, or follow the instructions below if shipping the product(s) for exchange (note, there is a shipping and handling fee for mailing the new product(s) to you).

If shipping your food product(s) to Johnny Macaroni’s for Exchange:

  1. Complete the Refund or Exchange form below
  2. Print and include the email confirmation receipt in the shipment with the food product(s) you are returning
  3. Ship to corporate office – Johnny Macaroni’s, 439 East Center Street, Suite 2, West Bridgewater, MA 02379 along with a check made payable to Johnny Macaroni’s for $6 for shipping and handling PER food product or t-shirt sent for exchange
  4. The new food product or t-shirt will be mailed to you within 30 days upon receipt of your item

Refund or Exchange Form

Payment Policy:

Shipping rates apply to all online orders and will be calculated based on the product weight at the time of check out. All orders placed online from Monday through Friday (8am – 5pm) are shipped within 2 business days. For orders placed after 5pm or on Saturday and Sunday, the orders will be shipped in 3 business days. Your products will be shipped via USPS or UPS. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Johnny Macaroni’s accepts the following credit cards through their online retail store: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

Your credit card will be charged when you place an order online. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund on the credit card used for the purchase. If an item is on back order, we may ship you a partial order, and then ship your remaining order when the item(s) become available. You will not be charged any additional shipping for additional shipments.

Privacy and Security Policy:

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously and ensure our site is up-to-date on all security measures to protect your information.

What information do we collect?
We collect only the information that is needed to fulfill your order. That includes your name, billing address, shipping address, email address and credit card information.

How is my information used?
Your information is used to fulfill your order, including providing purchase confirmation and shipping updates via email. If you opt-in to Johnny Macaroni’s list and decide you no longer want to receive emails from us, you can change your email preference or opt-out of all lists at any time. We never sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE else.

Only your order data, name, billing and shipping address, email, and order content data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a secure sockets layer before it is transmitted over a secure web server. We do not store your credit card information.

We use cookies to track return visitors and customers in order to provide you with better customer service. You can still use our site if you have disabled cookies on your computer.
