Our cooks must have experience with prep and cooking all stations in a fast paced kitchen, and possess a full understanding of sanitation, food safety and equipment in commercial kitchens. Ability to follow recipes, directions and policy and procedures required.
Customer Service
Host / Hostess
This customer service position is the first point of contact with our customers and therefore, a critical role. Individuals must possess excellent communication skills, pleasant demeanor and speaking voice, ability to remain calm and friendly in a fast paced environment. Prior customer service experience is helpful.
Kitchen Supervisors
Previous experience should include supervision/training of prep, salad and line cooks, receiving of daily food deliveries and inventory management. Kitchen Supervisor will run the line and is responsible to cook on the line during lunch and dinner shifts. Prior experience in a high volume restaurant, catering or hotel kitchen, supervision and formal training in food services is required.
Delivery Driver
Using our delivery vans, the driver is responsible for deliveries to customers as well as internal transportation between locations. Drivers will have customer interaction, and as such should possess some customer service experience, in addition to a clean driving record and the ability to lift 40 pounds.
Management
Proven leadership, communication and managerial experience required. Ability to effectively lead/mentor/train and supervise all levels. Foster effective teams, ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures. Professional hospitality/culinary education preferred.
